This women’s only class is set to begin on Wednesday, January 9th, 2019.
It’s a temporary program that will last for 12 weeks in a row. You will learn the basics of strength training which will help you to acquire a toned & fit feminine physique as well as confidence in the gym. There is no experience required, and is great for those who have been out of the gym for a bit.
At the end of the 12 weeks we will have a girls night out to show off all of your hard work + you will have the chance to win prizes.
This class is for you if:
- You’re looking to lower your body fat percentage
- You’re wanting to gain strength & stamina
- You feel self conscious about your body in and/or out of the gym
- You’re hesitant to sign up because you’re worried about being too out of shape (that’s the whole point in joining us)
- You’re hesitant to sign up because you’re worried about what others in the group will think of you (we’re all in the same boat here girlfriend)
- You’re looking for a strong bond with a female support group!
