There are pros & cons to a short prep, and there are pros and cons too long one. By the time I get to my first show of this season, I’ll have been dieting for only 13 weeks. My lost prep was 24 weeks long. So I’ve now had personal experience for both scenarios, and the knowledge I’ve gained has been incredibly valuable.

She ate healthy, clean, watched her portion control, and worked out regularly.
She obviously wasn’t in a bad position to start, but she felt that for as much effort and work she put into her fitness lifestyle, she should look more fit than what she did.
