The following training programs are the perfect starting point for practicing the basics of strength training. It’s for those who are either brand new to the weight room, or for those who haven’t stepped foot into a gym in awhile.
This program is for you if:

- You’re wanting to increase the rate of your metabolism
- You’re wanting to feel more confident both in and out of the gym
- You’re currently not used to high amounts of physical activity
- You have very little experience with strength training

Strength Training for Beginners
All phases include:

Strength Training For Beginners #1 - $9.99
This phase uses primarily machines and basic cable exercises, as well as a few bodyweight and banded work. This phase is great for anyone who’s either starting over from ground 0, or someone who’s never lifted weights before.
Strength Training For Beginners #2 - $9.99
This phase is similar to Phase #1, but with the addition of a bit more basic barbell work. Be prepared to practice the bench press, hip thrusts, military press, etc. You choose the weight so it’ll to be either as easy or as challenging as you make it.
